SUNDAY 14 OCTOBER
- Where Paths are Crossed
11 am Garrigill Village Green, Alston Moor
Take a walk around Garrigill in the company of storytellers Chris Bostock and Malcom Green. Garrigill is the one place where the Pennine Way and the C2C longe-distance cycleway cross. Refreshments available from the George & Dragon.
Tickets £3 Adult, £4 Child, £8 Family.
Garrigill is off the B6277 three miles south of Alston .
- Up the Tracks Again
2 pm The Garden Station, Langley
Once this railway line was swathed in smoke and steam, and now it's
bedecked in flowers and woodland plants. Following its great success last year, we're inviting you to once again join storytellers Chris Bost0ck and Malcom Green and some surprise special appearances for stories, followed by teatime
refreshments.

The Garden Station is along a short road connecting
the A686 Haydon Bridge (A68) to Alston road and the B6305 Hexham to
Alston Road.

2 pm The Story Garden, Bowes Museum, Barnard Castle
Visit this new addition to one of the North's greatest attractions - the Story Garden, "...
a place which sparks imaginations, where the power of stories and storytelling can be enjoyed by everyone” . Enjoy a cornucopia of stories from Pascale Konyn and Pat Renton.

Bowes Museum is on the south side of Barnard Castle.
